I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #155164 serving clients in Los Angeles and throughout California via Telehealth. I am the founder of Haley’s Haven Collective, a space built on the belief that healing should feel like coming home to yourself.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and teens navigating trauma, relationships, big emotions, and the pressure of holding it all together. My clients often arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite name. Together, we create space for real, lasting change.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), one of the nation’s top clinical training programs. I’ve worked in community mental health, schools, and private practice. My foundation is in psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, but between us, my real expertise is in healing the whole person, from one human to another.

More than anything, I believe therapy should go beyond symptom management. It’s about shifting the way you relate to yourself, your history, and the people around you. It’s about becoming more free… not perfect, but more fully you.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mother, a best friend, a feeler, a truth-teller, and someone who’s had to hold a lot. I carry both the weight and the laughter — shaped by trauma, grounded in faith, and never too far from a game night, a cheesy love story, and yes — the occasional margarita. I have the kind of joy that doesn’t ask permission. I know what it’s like to build and thrive despite what life throws at you. I don’t take lightly what it means to be trusted with your pain, your joy, or your hope.

Although I have specialized training with certain populations, I find I work well with any client who resonates with my approach.
