My Approach
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you are—before the world taught you to be smaller, quieter, tougher, or more “together” than you actually feel.
The people I work with are ready—sometimes afraid, sometimes unsure—but ready to dig deeper. They want more than symptom relief. They want insight, embodiment...healing. They want to understand why certain patterns keep showing up, how past experiences still live in their bodies, and what it takes to break cycles that no longer serve them.
My approach is relational and experiential. I guide with both gentleness and honesty, helping you explore what’s underneath the discomfort—not to overwhelm, but to liberate. Together, we make space for the parts of you that have been exiled, silenced, or misunderstood. We slow down not to avoid—but to go deeper.
Sometimes that means working with the body. Sometimes that means getting curious about childhood. Sometimes it means sitting in the quiet and letting something old rise to the surface. But always, it means we go there together.
You’re not broken. You’re not too much. You don’t need to be fixed. You just need space to be fully known—and the safety to go there.
That’s the kind of therapy I offer.

No, I don’t prescribe medication. This is the role of a psychiatrist. However, I can make recommendations when I believe a medication evaluation might be helpful, and I can refer you to trusted providers. If medication is part of your path, we’ll explore it together and continue therapy.
Research shows that therapy and medication are often most effective together, not on their own. If that’s a path you’re open to, we’ll explore it as part of a collaborative treatment plan.
